I can help guide you with good training form and technique with all exercises that are right for you. I can also push you through a workout program to keep you getting results on a regular basis. You can be accountable to me, your Professional Personal Trainer to keep you on track and to reach your fitness and looking good goals. In addition, I can custom and design a nutritional/supplement meal plan for you online to fit around your busy schedule. Also, I can check your bodyfat percentage every 1-2 weeks to make sure you are doing the right thing in keeping you going in the right direction. You will look and feel the difference! 

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE (in home or gym) PRICES:

Note: In-home Training Sessions are subjected to an additional fee of $25-$50 each session depending on time of day/weekend & travel time:

Each Training Session is 45-60 minutes and billed after each 15 minutes over the hour.

Example: 4 pm - 5:15pm = 1.25 hours

1 session $100 or if you are a regular on-going client the fee will be $90 per session.
5 sessions $425 ($85 each session)
10 sessions - $750 ($75 each session or $62.50 each session with SPECIAL OFFER that needs to be paid at the 5th or 6th session)
25 sessions - $1750 ($70 each session or $58.33 for each session with SPECIAL OFFER that needs to be paid at the 15th session)

Note: All non-members must pay a daily fee directly to the gym if they are not a member.

BODYFAT TEST:

1 Body Fat Test - $60
5 Body Fat Tests - $250 ($50 each test)
10 Body Fat Tests - $450 ($45 each test)

POSING PRACTICE:

  • 30 Minutes - $60

  • 60 Minutes - $100

SHOW PREP/PRE-CONTEST or an IMPORTANT EVENT:

Complete show prep for Bodybuilders, Classic & Men’s Physique, Figure, Wellness and Bikini Athletes that includes: Recommendations and weekly changes for meal plans, specific advice for exercise & cardio, 9-point body fat test (calipers) and weekly meetings (30 - 45 minutes) and posing/presentation help if needed.

You have access to me thru e-mail and/or text from 8 am – 8 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday from 8 am – 5 pm.

weight training plan - $200

45 – 60 minute weekly check-in/evaluation meeting (includes 9-point body-fat test and/or posing/presentation) - $100 or $300/per month (includes 4 weekly check-ins).

OFF-SEASON TRAINING:

Initial Start up includes growth meal plans, workout/exercises and cardio plans for you to build muscle mass in the off-season while staying lean. Start up meeting plan and then meet every 4 weeks for check up and evaluation.

Pay on ten (10) or more sessions at the half way mark in your training package and you will get two (2) additional sessions free. HOW TO GET STARTED:

  1.  Call, text or e-mail me to set up an appointment for free 15 minute consultation.

  2. If you decide to move forward, please provide (e-mail) the following history:

    -any medical or physical therapy recommendations

    -current training routines, meal and supplement plans

    -pictures of your physique (front, side & rear)

  3. Please enclose your contact information (cell number) and a good time/day to contact you.

  4. Tell me what you what to accomplish with your physique.  Example: lose fat, gain weight, build lean muscle mass, increase focus and energy, meal and supplement planning/recommendations, lower body fat percentage or prep for an important event or a show.

  5. Determine where you would like to work out – in home or at a fitness center/gym.

  6. Determine how many sessions you would like to purchase.

  7. Pay by Check, credit card or cash before sessions get started.

  8. Payment arrangements can be made.

  9. 24 hour notice must be given for canceling appointments or 1 session will be charged.

  10. If training session goes longer than 60 minutes, client will be billed every 15 minutes.

  11. Determine a date, day and time that fits your schedule to start training.
